1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of tickets by Best Wealth Network UK Ltd (“BWN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for events hosted or organised by BWN. By purchasing a ticket, you (“the attendee”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Ticket Purchase and Acceptance

2.1. All ticket purchases are final. By completing your purchase, you accept these Terms in full.

2.2. The ticket grants the purchaser access to the specified BWN event as detailed at the time of sale.

2.3. BWN reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual without providing a reason, provided that a full refund will be issued in such a case, unless the refusal is due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

3.1. All tickets are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of whether the ticket holder attends the event or not.

3.2. No refunds will be issued for illness, change of personal circumstances, travel issues, duplicate purchases, or any other reason.

3.3. In the event that you are unable to attend, BWN may, at its sole discretion, allow you to transfer the ticket to another individual. Such transfers must be requested in writing and approved at least 48 hours prior to the event.

3.4. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. event cancellation or major change), BWN may offer a credit towards a future event or issue a refund, but this is at BWN’s sole discretion and not an obligation.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation

4.1. BWN reserves the right to make changes to the event content, schedule, location, speakers or other elements without prior notice.

4.2. In the unlikely event of cancellation by BWN, you will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund;

• A ticket transfer to a rescheduled date;

• Credit toward another future BWN event.

4.3. BWN will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the ticket holder (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.) as a result of cancellation or changes to the event.

5. Behaviour and Code of Conduct

5.1. Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward speakers, staff and other attendees.

5.2. BWN reserves the right to remove any person from the event whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Photography and Media Consent

6.1. By attending a BWN event, you consent to be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes.

6.2. You grant BWN full rights to use such material for marketing, advertising and promotional activities without compensation.

7. Data Protection

7.1. All personal data provided during the ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and BWN’s Privacy Policy.

7.2. Your contact details may be used for event-related communications and future BWN promotional materials. You may opt out at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. BWN shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property arising from participation in an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWN’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. BWN shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism or government restrictions.
